Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Vowencia to create a wedding website, invite guests and collect RSVPs. By using Vowencia you agree to them. If something here is unclear, email vowencia.com@gmail.com.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vowencia.

Your content

You own everything you add: words, photos, music choices and guest information. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run your website and provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload and for your guests' information you add.

Do not use Vowencia for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to send spam, or to publish content you do not have rights to. We may remove content or suspend a website that breaks these rules.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free to use, with up to 5 guests and a Vowencia footer. Paid plans are one-time purchases that give one year of access from the purchase date and never renew automatically. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles invoices and sales tax.

The Wedding plan upgrades one wedding website with up to 100 guests; the Complete plan upgrades one website with unlimited guests, and a Wedding website can move up to Complete at any time. An Agency pack lets you activate the stated number of wedding websites during its year; each activation uses one credit, and deleting a website does not return its credit. When a plan ends, your website stays online and returns to the Free plan, and nothing you added is deleted.

Your website address

Each website gets an address on vowencia.com, such as yourname.vowencia.com. Addresses are given first come, first served. We may reclaim one that is misleading, infringes someone's rights or impersonates another person.

Availability

We work hard to keep Vowencia online and your content safe, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable, such as original photos.

Ending your use

You can stop using Vowencia and delete your websites at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we do so without cause, we will refund the unused part of a paid plan.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vowencia is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. We will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
