Is Vowencia really free to start?
Yes. Create your website, pick any template and invite up to 5 guests without a card. You can keep using the Free plan as long as you like.
What do paid plans add?
More guests, no Vowencia footer on your website, and personalized invitation cards your guests can download. Wedding covers up to 100 guests; Complete is unlimited. Templates, photos, gift links and every section are already included on Free.
How much does it cost?
Wedding is US$19 and Complete is US$29, each a one-time payment for one website for a full year. Agency packs for planners cover 5, 10, 25 or 50 weddings, each on Complete.
Can I start with Wedding and upgrade later?
Yes. Buy Complete for the same website whenever you need more guests. Your content and guest list stay as they are.
Will I be charged again next year?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for one year. Nothing renews automatically.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your website stays online and returns to the Free plan. Your words, photos and guest responses are kept.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
How do guests RSVP?
Each guest gets a personal invitation link with their name. They open it on any phone or computer and reply in a few taps. No account or app is needed.
Can I see who opened their invitation?
Yes. The Guests & RSVP tab shows who has opened their link and who is attending.
Can my partner or wedding planner manage the website with me?
Yes. Click the people icon on your website in the editor and invite them by email. Wedding includes one person and Complete up to three. They can edit the website and guests; billing and the website address stay with the owner.
Can I get updates when guests reply?
Yes. Turn on email reports from the people icon on your website in the editor: weekly on Wedding, daily or weekly on Complete. Reports are sent only when something changed.
Can I change my template later?
Anytime. Your content stays the same and only the design changes.
Can I add background music?
Yes. Choose a song from our library or paste a YouTube link, and we convert it for your website.
Can I write my website in more than one language?
Yes. Add languages in the editor and fill in each section in every language you need.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. Every website gets an address such as yourname.vowencia.com.
Who can see my website?
Anyone with the address can view it, so share it with the people you invite. Your guest list and RSVP answers are visible only to you. See our Privacy Policy.
I am a wedding planner. Which plan suits me?
An Agency pack. Buy one pack and activate a website for each couple as you need it during the year. Every agency website gets Complete.
