Refund Policy

All paid plans are one-time payments that give one year of access and never renew automatically, so you are never charged again without choosing to.

15-day refund

If Vowencia is not right for you, ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to the Wedding and Complete plans and to every Agency pack.

How to ask

Email vowencia.com@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and include your order number from the receipt email. You can also reply to the receipt itself.

What happens next

• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.
• Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
• Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your website stays online on the Free plan, and nothing you added is deleted.
• Refunding an Agency pack ends access for every website activated from it.

After 15 days

We generally do not refund purchases after 15 days. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or a problem we could not fix, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
