Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and your plan lasts 12 months. Nothing renews automatically, and you will never be charged again unless you buy another plan.
What happens after 12 months?
Your website stays online and returns to the Free plan. Your words, photos and guest responses are kept, and you can buy a plan again whenever you need it.
Can I upgrade from Wedding to Complete?
Yes. Open Billing in the editor and choose Upgrade to Complete. Your website, guests and settings stay exactly as they are.
What counts as a guest?
Each personalized invitation link is one guest entry. A guest can bring a partner or family, and their RSVP can include more than one person.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Complete. Connect a domain you own, such as annaandben.com, add three DNS records, and we set up HTTPS for you. Your vowencia.com address keeps working and leads to your domain.
How do Agency packs work?
Buy one pack, then activate Complete on a website whenever a couple signs during the year. Used and remaining credits show in Billing. Deleting a website does not restore a credit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. See our refund policy for the details.
One-time payment in USD. Paid plans last 12 months and never renew automatically. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Agency credits are used when you activate a website; deleting a website does not restore a credit. 15-day refunds.
